anthurium velvet Anthurium sp. Peru 'Huanuco Velvet' / cf. sagittatum velvet – The Plant PlugQuite uncommon species in cultivation. Possibly a velvet form or subspecies of sagittatum. Pink red in the sinus & reddish pink winged petioles. Much more forgiving than some of the other high altitude Peruvian species tolerating summer with temps up to 33 with very little nighttime temperature drop. Plant for sale was grown from a stem prop of the plant in the first photo. Leaf is a little chlorotic bleached from growing conditions & propagation.
